AI Defect Detection — Airbus

Time-series anomaly detection with CVAE. Built PyTorch pipelines and API endpoints to serve results.

Urban Transit Optimization — Montreal

Backend with FastAPI + PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS EC2. ETL tasks via AWS Lambda to load GTFS feeds and compute schedules.

Serverless ETL on AWS

S3-triggered AWS Lambda validates and transforms data and loads to RDS (PostgreSQL) behind API Gateway, with a FastAPI admin on EC2. Observability via CloudWatch, retries/DLQ with SQS, secrets in Secrets Manager, and private networking via VPC.
